Score a run against a threshold you set, with checks that carry a weight and can branch. Every report tells you what changed since last time. Comments show up the moment they are left and close themselves when you ship a fix.

Set a pass mark, name your grade bands, and a run comes back with a grade beside its score. A check can also wait on the one before it, so a flow only continues when it should.
