Usability scores for interviews, one place for integrations and guided checklists

Interviews can end with a standard usability score, every integration now sets up the same way from its own page, and new checklists come together one step at a time.

  • Usability scores for interviewsNew

Turn on UMUX or UMUX-Lite and each participant rates the session they just had, with a reason. A new Usability tab shows the score on the familiar SUS scale, a letter grade, how each statement landed and how the score moved since the last round.

    Running an interview

  • One page for every integrationNew

Integrations has its own page in the sidebar, and every integration sets up in the same three steps: your account, your workspace, then the projects that use it. Design reviews and automation runs now link back to the Slack thread or pull request comment they came from or posted to.

  • Guided checklist creationImproved

Creating a checklist is now four short steps: pick a template, set the target, write the checks and choose run settings, with a summary to confirm before you create it.

  • More on the Hobby planImproved

Hobby now keeps 90 days of history, can give actors saved sign-in credentials and works with Slack and Linear. Monthly checkout accepts promotion codes, and the plan you pick on the pricing page carries through to checkout.

  • Smarter agents in Slack, Linear and your AI assistantImproved

Runner and the Slack and Linear agents can read your topology and start a fresh crawl, and follow-up questions keep their context. Through the MCP server, your AI assistant can ask the Index to score a site it does not track yet, and more answers come back as cards. Actor chat starts replying sooner.

  • Devices you can count on, from the Startup planImproved

Turn a Mac running the Stunt Double app into a device, and actors test the sites only your network can reach, with its VPN and sign-ins. Devices are now on the Startup plan and above, each actor chooses where its browser runs, status stays live, and a device actor never quietly runs in the cloud.

  • Smaller fixesImproved

Design reviews get descriptive names. A plan cancelled from the billing portal now shows in your billing settings, annual plans keep their monthly allowance and yearly price when you change them, the Usage tab shows the free plan limit, cards and grids no longer overflow on phones, and loading states no longer flash.
